UK DELIVERY

All orders will be sent with Transglobal Express 2nd Class, which normally takes 2–3 working days.
You will receive an email with tracking details once the parcel has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

USA CUSTOMERS:
All orders shipped to the USA are sent via Transglobal Express tracked service.
Duties and taxes are prepaid, so they are included in the shipping cost — there will be no additional charges on delivery.
For orders over $500, please email me directly at emilyhettart@gmail.com for a quote.

EU AND ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS:
Customers ordering from the EU and locations other than USA will be expected to pay import tax, which varies by country.
If the item is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer will be charged for return postage.

If the postal address is entered incorrectly, or if the item is not collected and returned to Emily Hett Art, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery costs.
