I always do my best to ensure you are happy with your pottery and buying experience. If however you are displeased please get in contact with me at emilyhett20@gmail.com and we can look at rectifying it if I can. 

I measure and describe each item of pottery carefully, so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes and care instructions before making your purchase. I make all my pottery by hand so the dimensions can vary from batch to batch. 

I always try to photograph each ceramic as accurately as possible, however they may vary slightly on your monitor. 

If you would like to return an item that is not suitable please let me know by emailing me at emilyhett20@gmail.com and I can give you my address to which to return to. Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt and the return shipping costs are your responsibility.  If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition a refund won’t be able to be issued so please make sure the ceramics are packaged carefully.

Any customers ordering from outside the UK will be expected to pay import tax on the products purchased, this varies depending on the country. If the item is not collected and then returned to the sender, the customer will be charged for return postage.
