Rocket round Leicester was a 10 week public art trail consisting of 40 rockets painted by 40 artists scattered throughout the city, leading you on a winding path through the streets and buildings of Leicester.

The Design
My design Discovering the Undiscovered, embraced organic forms and vibrant colours to create a sense of new life and optimism. Combining studies of flora, fauna and microscopic imagery I created familiar yet unidentifiable forms, with each shape inviting the viewer to discover something new!

Sponsored by Leicester City Football Club, Discovering the Undiscovered was auctioned off at the end of the trail, sold for £2300, all the proceeds were donated to LOROS hospice to help them continue with their fantastic work.
